Unbeatable location close to Sao Bento, Ponte Luiz 1, the cathedral, Ribeira, Porto, and the historic district. Very pleasant experience. the staff was affable, kind, and had a nice attitude. I appreciated this hotel.

Everything was spotless, the staff were amicable and the location was perfect! Our hotel was 25 minutes drive away from airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would like to stay there on the next trip.

. A coffee/tea maker, cable channels, and a seating area were available in our apartment. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. the staff were nice and kind. the location was perfect.

I had a perfectly pleasant experience here. The location was particularly good, not far from the historic district, Sao Bento, and the back garden. The staff were very helpful and amicable in case of questions. The room was clean and beautiful. It had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, super close to everything in the city center. We loved being able to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and historic sites. the room we stayed in was spacious and had good lighting, making it feel very comfortable. the cleaning service was excellent, keeping the room tidy and fresh every day. the self check-in process was seamless, making our arrival and departure very convenient.
We did experience a problem with the bathroom sink. the water was scorching hot and when we requested assistance, it stopped working completely.
